Meet Dilyana and Tyler!

…And their snow-dog, Milo! He eats snow, he catches snowballs, he runs and buries himself in snow. He IS snow! 😛

I’m posting this today because in a few short moments I am on my way to Temecula to photograph their wedding tomorrow!

Their adventure-filled life together started five short years ago at a mutual friends pool party. Dilyana’s first memory of Tyler was his ‘short European-looking, polka-dotted shorts.’ She concedes, however, that at least they ‘went along with his spunky personality.’ They hit it off over conversations of snowboarding and Dilyana was immediately intrigued by his adventurous side.

Just a few days later (Easter weekend,) Dilyana was packing her bags for a spontaneous trip to Brian Head with Tyler and friends at his family’s cabin.  When the friends suddenly cancelled, leaving just the two of them, they shed no tears! After all, they had eggs to paint! They spent the rest of the weekend snowboarding, star gazing, and falling in love.

For their engagement session, I thought it only fitting to return to this cabin and capture where they are now: five years later, with 2 degrees, 2 houses, 1 new career, 1 snowy dog, 13 countries, and countless cities travelled together.

And, as I post this today, these two are getting married TOMORROW at the beautiful Mount Palomar Winery in Temecula, CA.

You both have a contagious energy which was a joy to shoot until the moon came out!  You guys are so clearly meant for each other, and I’m so happy I get to capture it!! Love you guys and can’t wait for tomorrow! XOXO
